Our Story – From The Cheesecake Factory to Buying Houses
How did this all begin?
Gibran here, one of the co-founders of Express Resolutions, alongside Carlos. Our journey began in 2013 when we collaborated in the Cheesecake Factory. Carlos, who successfully earned his bachelor’s degree in business from FIU, went on to establish several companies. In 2020, Carlos approached me with the concept of forming a real estate partnership. Knowing my experience in the field and our decade-long connection, I decided to team up with him to re-enter the Florida housing market. Today, our primary focus is delivering efficient solutions for those looking sell their homes fast in Florida. The rest is history, and we started our journey…
Our roles in the company.
Within our team, I, Gibran oversee property acquisitions and engagement with sellers interested in selling their homes fast, while Carlos manages property dispositions, working closely with our partner investors, contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc… to ensure seamless, stress-free transactions.
We enjoy the process of purchasing and selling homes in Florida because we want Express Resolutions Home Buyers to be the first name that comes to mind when you think of ‘we buy houses!’
Why do we do this?
We do this because we love helping people and doing the best we can to allow someone to move forward in their life when they feel they have no way out. We love being the solutions and the people that change someone’s life. Something that is small to us, can be major for someone and we love being a part of that.
